Also, don't forget, you can join our group on Facebook, Pikes Peak Ostomy. This is an excellent place to connect with other ostomates. It's a private group, so none of your friends will know you're in it.
There’s also a very cool, large public group on Facebook called Ostomyland! This one is also worth a glance, as it's a global community with over 6,000 members who aren't shy about asking for help solving every problem imaginable!
Both of these groups require Admin approval, so don't be shy about asking to join! :)
